PSG defender Thiago Silva has revealed tough lessons have been learned from last season's crushing Champions League defeat to Chelsea.
With three minutes left, PSG were 3-2 ahead on aggregate following a 3-1 first leg win and the players even thought they had done enough to secure a place in the semi finals.
“One important thing to always remember is that until the referee stops, the match is not done yet,” Silva told Nissan.
“In the last match [against Chelsea] we thought our team was already qualified.”
However, a late Demba Ba goal doubled Chelsea's lead after Andre Schurrle's earlier opener, earning Jose Mourinho's side victory on away goals and a place in the last four at the French side's expense.
