West Ham are set to receive a double boost for the big London derby against Tottenham on Sunday with Winston Reid and James Collins making a return to first-team action.
The defensive duo have been forced to miss the last three games with hamstring problems and were badly missed as the Hammers crashed to a 4-0 defeat against West Brom in the FA Cup fifth round which ended their hopes of winning silverware this season.
But both Reid and Collins are set to resume training this week and could straight back into the starting line-up for the clash at White Hart Lane this weekend.
West Ham boss Sam Allardyce will be desperate to ease the crippling injury crisis which has affected the club in recent weeks and see his influential defenders back in the starting line-up.
