Eden Hazard claims Chelsea have the Premier League title “ in their hands.”
The Blues are seven points clear at the top of the table following Saturday’s win over Stoke, and the Belgian ace believes they have one hand on the trophy.
He told Chelsea TV: "We are confident. We are first in the league and we take game after game.
"We have the title in our hands. We want to bring the trophy to Stamford Bridge."
