Jurgen Klopp will not be heading to the Premier League in the near future after revealing he is taking an indefinite break from football.
The 47-year-old is in demand after ending an impressive seven-year spell in charge of Borussia Dortmund.
Manchester City and Liverpool are among a host of clubs across Europe reportedly eyeing the charismatic German.
But Klopp has made the decision to take a hiatus before committing to a new project after talks with his agent Marc Kosicke on Monday.
"After seven intense and emotional years, I think it's a good idea to let the numerous memories settle in before I take on a new challenge with my coaching team, refreshed and fully motivated," Klopp said in a statement published by Germany's SID agency.
"I'm going to take a break until further notice."
