Alexis Sanchez has given Arsenal a major boost by declaring his fitness for the Premier League game against Leicester on Tuesday night.
The Chile international has been forced to miss the last two games with a hamstring strain and has been badly missed as Arsenal suffered a 2-1 defeat against arch-rivals Tottenhamin the north London derby last Saturday.
But Sanchez will go straight back into the side for the home game against the Premier League basement side.
Wenger says he is thrilled to have the club's leading goalscorer back in the side and hopes he can add to his 18 goals this season.
"Sanchez will be back in the group. He is our best goalscorer and one of our hardest working players in the team," said the Gunners.
"Physically I think we suffered a little bit on some occasions on Saturday and it is good to have him back."
