21/11/13: Julian Draxler, who played against England at Wembley for Germany in midweek, is said to be attracting interest from United, Arsenal and Chelsea. The Daily Star believes the midfielder could leave Schalke in the summer despite signing a new contract this year.
20/11/13: Real Madrid star Xabi Alonso could be a surprise free transfer target for United and Chelsea, claims the Daily Star. As things stand, the 31-year-old will be able to agree a pre-contract with a club outside of La Liga but the report stresses the former Liverpool schemer may be reluctant to move to the Merseysiders' biggest rivals.
19/11/13: El Mundo Deportivo believes United's number one target in January is Angel di Maria. The Real Madrid winger could be the subject of a bid of over €21million (£17.6million) but has a buy-out clause of €50million (£41.9million). Coach Carlo Ancelotti and Real are said to have no desire to part company with the Argentinian.
18/11/13: The Daily Mirror reckons that Dundee United youngster Ryan Gauld, ambitiously dubbed 'Baby Messi', is attracting interest from the Reds. The 17-year-old forward is reputedly Scotland's brightest talent and there is talk that he was scouted by United whilst on Under-21 duty for his country.
18/11/13: The Daily Mirror also believes Leighton Baines will again be a target for United in January for £16million. David Moyes was keen to sign the England left-back from his former club Everton during the summer and is tipped to make a fresh offer.
