Real Madrid are edging closer to completing the signing of David De Gea from Manchester United.
According to Spanish newspaper Marca, Los Blancos are close to agreeing an initial fee of £18m for the goalkeeper with add-ons set to increase the transfer by an additional £3.5m based on performances.
The report claims De Gea has made up his mind having taken time off to assess his future and is close to agreeing personal terms with Real.
The 24-year-old will become Rafael Benitez's first signing of his reign and the deal is expected to be announced when the transfer window officially opens in July.
