Wolfsburg sporting director Klaus Allofs says agreement over a deal for Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle is yet to be settled.
It is understood both clubs have agreed a fee, but the finer details are yet to be determined.
"There is no agreement at the moment," sporting director Klaus Allofs told Wolfsburger Nachrichten. "The clock is running out. Our options are getting less hour by hour.
“It depends on money. We still would like to sign him."
