Athletic Bilbao defender Aymeric Laporte has welcomed interest from Manchester United.
Laporte would jump at the move - if United can settle terms with Bilbao.
Bilbao consider Laporte not for sale and are referring United - and all other suitors - to his £32m buyout clause.
They have no intention of softening their stance creating a dilemma for United if they want to beat Real Madrid to Laporte's signature.
Laporte, 20, is regarded among the best young defenders on the continent.
